Madison Utendahl is a multi-hyphenate.

She is the Founder of Utendahl Creative, a writer, speaker, Forbes 30U30 and Adweek Creative 100 Recipient, and a two time Webby Award winner. Prior to Utendahl Creative, Madison has been on the founding teams of cultural phenomenons Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Refinery 29's 29Rooms and Museum of Ice Cream.

While the experience of being behind these massive cultural successes led to a specialty and expertise in emotional brand storytelling, it also led to Madison's firsthand experience with burnout. Since then, she not only discovered the power of authenticity and self-worth within the workplace on an individual level but is fundamentally changing the way creatives work via leadership and policy at her agency.

Madison has been invited to speak at Inbound, Vidcon, Yelp’s Women in Business Summit and many more.
